What is DunkBlast?
DunkBlast is a basketball-inspired puzzle game where you play, collect points and try to improve your results.
Why won't the game start?
Make sure you have an internet connection and the latest version of DunkBlast. Close the game completely and open it again. If the problem persists, you can contact support.
I can't log in. What should I do?
Check your internet connection and then try logging in again using the same login method you used when the account was created, for example Apple or Google.
Why is my game data not showing?
Make sure you are logged in to the correct account. If your progress is still missing, contact support and state which login method you use. Never send passwords or other sensitive information.
How do I report a technical problem?
Use the contact form and describe what happened, which device you used and which steps led to the problem.
How do I leave feedback or an improvement suggestion?
Select "Feedback or improvement suggestion" in the contact form and send your suggestion.
How do I request access to or deletion of my personal data?
Use the contact form and select "Account and deletion". Provide the email address connected to the account. We may need to verify your identity before a request is carried out.

This privacy policy describes how personal data is processed when a user plays DunkBlast or contacts DunkBlast Support.

- Purchase data only to the extent required to confirm purchases and handle support. Full payment or card details are processed by Apple and are not stored by DunkBlast.

- Provide and operate DunkBlast.

- Save game results and progress.
- Provide leaderboards and other game features.
- Handle purchases and restoration of purchases.
- Prevent abuse and protect the game's security.

DunkBlast may use technical service providers for login, data storage, operations and distribution, for example Apple, Google and providers of databases or hosting. These providers only process data according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Personal data is stored only for as long as it is needed to provide the game, handle support, fulfil legal obligations or protect DunkBlast and its users. Reasonable technical and organisational security measures are used to protect the data.

DunkBlast does not knowingly collect more personal data from children than what is required for the game's functionality. If a guardian believes that a child has provided personal data incorrectly, the guardian can contact DunkBlast Support.
